  BEGINNING THIS EVENING AND THEN CONTINUING INTO FRIDAY MORNING.
  STRONG WINDS COULD CREATE DIFFICULT CONDITIONS FOR HIGH-PROFILE
  VEHICLES.

* WINDS: SUSTAINED WEST WINDS 35 TO 45 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO NEAR 65
  MPH ARE POSSIBLE.

* IMPACTS: THE STRONG WINDS COULD CREATE DIFFICULT DRIVING
