...Record High Temperatures Saturday...

Aside from Juneau and Yakutat Airports setting new records of 76
and 78 degrees respectively on Saturday, other Southeast Alaska
locations also set new records or matched previous ones.

Annex Creek tied their previous record of 74 from 1981.

Gustavus Airport rose to 76 degrees, breaking the old record of
73 from 1966.

* Juneau Lena Point rose to 72 degrees, breaking the old record of
  65 from 2013.

* Juneau Outer Point rose to 68 degrees, breaking the old record
  of 64 from 2007.

* Juneau Forecast Office in the Mendenhall Valley rose to 72
  degrees, breaking the old record of 67 set in 2013.

* Klawock Airport rose to 73 degrees, breaking the old record of
  70 from 2012.

* Records from stations with less than 30 years of climate data
  may not be as meaningful.
