.SYNOPSIS...
A BAND OF SHOWERS...AND SNOW ABOVE 11000 FEET...WILL CONTINUE
THROUGH THE EARLY TO MID MORNING HOURS. ANOTHER ROUND OF SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE THEN EXPECTED TO DEVELOP LATE THIS MORNING
THROUGH THE AFTERNOON HOURS. GUSTY WINDS AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING
WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH ANY STORMS THAT DEVELOP TODAY. A SHARP COLD
FRONT WILL THEN PUSH ACROSS THE STATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
WIDESPREAD SHOWERS...WITH MOUNTAIN SNOW AS LOW AS 7500 FEET...WILL
BE POSSIBLE DURING THE PASSAGE OF THIS FRONT...AND THROUGH THE
OVERNIGHT HOURS. BY THE TIME THE SNOW ENDS SUNDAY MORNING...LITTLE
SNOW ACCUMULATION CAN BE EXPECTED BELOW 9500 FEET...WITH 1 TO 3
INCHES POSSIBLE ABOVE 9500 FEET. MAINLY DRY AND COOL CONDITIONS
ARE THEN EXPECTED FOR SUNDAY INTO LABOR DAY. EXPECT DAYTIME HIGHS
ONLY IN THE 40S AND 50S...WITH OVERNIGHT LOWS IN THE 20S AND 30S
ACROSS THE RECREATION AREAS OF NORTHWESTERN WYOMING.
