15 AND 25 MPH WITH GUSTS BETWEEN 25 AND 30 MPH AT TIMES...AND
LOW HUMIDITY VALUES WILL RESULT IN CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER

* WIND...SOUTHEAST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO NEAR 30 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES AROUND 25 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...FIRES WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY. SUBSTANTIAL
  RESISTANCE TO CONTROL EFFORTS WILL OCCUR.
