OR MORE...AND HIGH FIRE DANGER FOR THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS...

...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
TUESDAY EVENING FOR RELATIVE HUMIDITY OF 15 PERCENT OR LESS...20
FOOT WINDS OF 20 MPH OR MORE...AND HIGH FIRE DANGER FOR THE
GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS AND SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO PLAINS...

.CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE
GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS THROUGH THIS EVENING AS RH/S BOTTOM OUT AROUND
6 TO 10 PERCENT AND GUSTY WEST WINDS CONTINUE. IMPROVEMENT IS
EXPECTED AFTER SUNSET WITH THE LOSS OF DAYTIME HEATING AND AS WIND
SPEEDS DECREASE. NOCTURNAL RECOVERY WILL BE POOR TONIGHT...AND
GIVEN THE DRYLINE WILL PUSH FURTHER TO THE EAST ON TUESDAY...
CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ONCE
AGAIN ACROSS THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS AS WELL AS THE SOUTHEAST NEW
MEXICO PLAINS. A RED FLAG WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR THESE AREAS
ON TUESDAY AS MIN RH/S WILL FALL TO 5 TO 8 PERCENT AND WESTERLY
WINDS INCREASE.
