.WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY MAY COMBINE WITH CRITICALLY DRY
VEGETATION TO RESULT IN DANGEROUS BURNING CONDITIONS FOR WEDNESDAY
AND THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. THE TIME FRAME FOR THE
WIND TO COMBINE WITH THE LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR POTENTIAL CRITICAL
FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL BE FROM NOON THROUGH 8 PM WEDNESDAY
AND AGAIN FROM NOON THROUGH 8 PM THURSDAY. THERE WILL BE A LULL IN
