DAILY RIVER AND LAKE SUMMARY
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE COLUMBIA SC
955 AM EST SAT NOV 22 2014

...ALL RIVER FORECAST POINTS WERE BELOW FLOOD STAGE THIS MORNING...

ONE MORE DAY OF HIGH PRESSURE TODAY. STRONG SOUTHERLY FLOW OFF THE
SURFACE WILL DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT AND THROUGH SUNDAY. THIS WILL HELP
TO BRING PLENTY OF MOISTURE BACK INTO THE REGION. SHOWERS ARE
FORECAST TO MOVE THROUGH THE AREA DURING THE DAY SUNDAY...WITH SOME
HEAVY RAINFALL BEING POSSIBLE THROUGH THE DAY. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WITH
THE SYSTEM WILL GENERALLY BE BETWEEN 1 AND 2 INCHES. SOME MINOR RIVER
LEVEL RISES SHOULD BE SEEN DUE TO THE RAINFALL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS
SYSTEM. HOWEVER EVEN WITH THE RISES...RIVER LEVELS ARE NOT FORECASTED
TO NEAR FLOOD STAGE AT THIS POINT IN TIME.
