   ...BLACK CREEK EXPECTED TO RISE BY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY...

.A HEAVY RAIN EVENT IS FORECAST FOR FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY. TWO TO
THREE INCHES OF RAIN ARE EXPECTED WHICH WILL BRING A SIGNIFICANT RISE
TO BLACK CREEK. HOWEVER...AT THIS TIME THE CREEK IS EXPECTED TO
REMAIN BELOW FLOOD STAGE.

RESIDENTS AND THOSE WITH INTERESTS ALONG BOTH THE NORTH AND SOUTH
FORKS OF BLACK CREEK ARE ADVISED TO KEEP INFORMED OF THE LATEST
FORECASTS. TAKING A FEW PREPARATORY ACTIONS NOW MAY SAVE TIME IF THE
CREEK RISES RAPIDLY.
