 Flood stage >> 6.5 feet.
 Most recent reading >> 5.9 feet at 03/28 20:45.
 Forecast / remarks >>
  The Little Spokane River at Dartford is forecast to rise starting
  Wednesday...cresting near minor flood stage of 6.5 feet Thursday
  night 03/30. It will drop below minor flood stage Friday and slowly
  recede over the weekend and into next week.

 Flood stage >> 43.0 feet.
 Most recent reading >> 40.0 feet at 03/28 20:30.
 Forecast / remarks >>
 The Coeur d Alene River at Cataldo is steady at the moment but
  will begin to rise reaching the bankfull level of 42.0 feet Friday
  March 31st.  The river will crest near 42.0 feet then begin receding
  over the weekend.  At this time...any rise is expected to remain
