...A crest near flood stage is forecast for the following location
along the Salt Fork Red River...

  For the Salt Fork Red River near Mangum...

* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.

* The latest stage was 8.04 feet at 4 AM Sunday.

* The Salt Fork Red River is forecast to crest near 8.9 feet
  early Sunday afternoon.

* Impact...When the Salt Fork Red River reaches 9.0 feet near
  Mangum...Expect flooding of agricultural bottomlands and isolation
  of other low-lying areas in Harmon...Greer...and Jackson
  counties. No towns or highways are affected.

  People in flood prone areas should continue to monitor water
  levels...and be prepared to seek higher ground should water levels
  rise suddenly.  Stay tuned for further information by listening to
  weather radio or local media sources.
