SKIES WERE PARTLY SUNNY TO SUNNY ACROSS NORTHERN ILLINOIS AND
NORTHWEST INDIANA THIS MORNING. MORNING LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED
FROM THE MID 50S TO MID 60S. LATE MORNING TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE
UPPER 60S TO LOW 70S. WINDS WERE WEST TO NORTHWEST.

A MID LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL DROP SOUTH INTO THE AREA THIS
AFTERNOON WHICH COULD SPARK SOME ISOLATED SHOWERS AND PERHAPS
THUNDERSTORMS EAST OF INTERSTATE 39. AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES IN
OUTLYING AREAS WILL BE IN THE UPPER 70S TO LOW 80S AND IN THE
LOWER 70S TO UPPER 60S ALONG THE SHORES OF LAKE MICHIGAN.
WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY WILL BE DRY AND UNSEASONABLY COOL WITH
WINDS OFF THE LAKE KEEPING TEMPERATURES AT THE BEACHES PRETTY
CHILLY FOR EARLY JULY.
