25N164E TO SOUTHEAST OF MINAMI TORI SHIMA AT 20N156E...THEN
CONTINUES AS A SHEAR LINE PASSING JUST NORTH OF SAIPAN AT 16N146E TO
BEYOND 130E AT 11N. EXTENSIVE CLOUDINESS AND PATCHY SHOWERS ARE
FOUND ALONG AND UP TO 280 MILES NORTH OF THIS BOUNDARY...INCLUDING
THE NORTHER CNMI.

A NEAR-EQUATORIAL TROUGH CURVES EASTWARD FROM 2N150E TO EQ173E.
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING NEAR THE
TROUGH AXIS...SOUTH OF A LINE FROM 2N148E TO 4N159E TO 1N173E.
WIDELY SCATTERED SHOWERS ARE SEEN FARTHER NORTH OVER POHNPEI AND
KOSRAE WITHIN 85 MILES OF A LINE FROM 6N157E TO 7N163E.
