...NEAR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY
EVENING...

Expect gusty southwest to west winds to develop behind a dryline
along with minimum relative humidities of less than 20 percent. As
a result, expect near critical fire weather conditions to develop
along and west of an Abilene to San Angelo to Sonora line this
afternoon and early evening. If conditions become worse, then a
Red Flag Warning may have to be issued. Elevated fire weather
conditions are expected further east. Any wildfire has the
potential to spread rapidly and smoke will significantly reduce
visibilities. Outdoor burning is highly discouraged.
