BEACH WINDS..................South winds 15 to 20 mph increasing to
                             15 to 25 mph by mid afternoon.
WAVE HEIGHTS.................2 to 3 feet.
SWIM RISK....................Low. A low risk of swimming hazards
                             implies that large waves and strong
                             currents are not expected along the
