HIGH PRESSURE LOCATED OVER THE EASTERN UNITED STATES IN COMBINATION
WITH A SURFACE LOW IN THE BAY OF CAMPECHE, WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD
WIDELY SCATTERED SHOWERS UP THE RIO GRANDE VALLEY THROUGH THE MIDDLE
OF THE WEEK. THE REST OF SOUTH CENTRAL WILL REMAIN PARTLY CLOUDY AND
MILD WITH TEMPERATURES ABOUT 5 TO 10 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.
