  ELEVATIONS ABOVE 9000 FEET.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE...BUT GRADUALLY TAPER OFF.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 5 TO 15 MPH.

* SNOW LEVELS...IT WILL BE COLD ENOUGH FOR SNOW AT ALL
  ELEVATIONS OVER THE WARNING AREA.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...HEAVY SNOW AT TIMES WILL RESULT IN VERY LOW
  VISIBILITIES AND DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS. SNOW PACKED AND
  ICY ROADS WILL DEVELOP. SOME HIGHER ELEVATION ROADS MAY BECOME
  IMPASSIBLE.

  INTENSITY.

* WINDS...GENERALLY LIGHT.

* SNOW LEVELS...IT WILL BE COLD ENOUGH FOR SNOW AT ALL ELEVATIONS.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...SNOW PACKED AND ICY ROADS. PERIODS OF SNOW AND
  DENSE FOG WILL DROP VISIBILITY BELOW A HALF MILE AT TIMES MAINLY
  ALONG THE EAST SLOPES OF THE CENTRAL MOUNTAIN CHAIN.
