...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW ACROSS PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND NORTHERN
NORTH DAKOTA MONDAY AND TUESDAY...

.HEAVY SNOW...BETWEEN 6 AND 10 INCHES...WILL ACCUMULATE OVER AREAS ALONG
AND NORTH OF HIGHWAY 52 AND EAST OF HIGHWAY 83 THROUGH TUESDAY
AFTERNOON. A WINTER STORM WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR THESE
LOCATIONS. BETWEEN 2 AND 5 INCHES OF SNOW WILL ACCUMULATE NORTH OF
HIGHWAY 2 AND EAST OF HIGHWAY 83 AT LOCATIONS SUCH AS
JAMESTOWN...LINTON...BISMARCK...GARRISON...MINOT AND CROSBY. A
WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR THESE LOCATIONS.

IN ADDITION TO SNOW...STRONG WINDS AROUND 30 MPH WILL CAUSE
REDUCED VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.

ADDITIONALLY...STRONG WINDS AND BITTERLY COLD TEMPERATURES WILL
COMBINE TO CREATE WIND CHILLS TO 20 BELOW ZERO.
