...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW ENDING THIS EVENING ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL
NEBRASKA...

.FLURRIES OR LIGHT SNOW ALONG WITH BLOWING SNOW WILL LINGER THIS
EVENING FOR LOCATIONS ALONG AND EAST OF A LINE FROM VALENTINE TO
BROKEN BOW. LITTLE TO NO ADDITIONAL SNOW FALL IS EXPECTED HOWEVER
VISIBILITIES MAY DROP TO AROUND 1 MILE FROM BLOWING SNOW. THIS
WILL KEEP HAZARDOUS WINTER TRAVEL CONDITIONS ACROSS THE AREA. IN
ADDITION TO THE BLOWING SNOW...TEMPERATURES ARE FALLING INTO THE
LOWER SINGLE DIGITS AS NORTH WINDS GUST TO 30 TO 40 MPH. THIS
COMBINATION OF COLD TEMPERATURES AND STRONG WINDS ARE CREATING
BITTER COLD WIND CHILL VALUES NEAR 20 BELOW ZERO.

* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF LIGHT SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL
  CAUSE REDUCED VISIBILITY OF A MILE OR LESS AT TIMES...ALONG
  WITH DEEP DRIFTS MAKING TRAVEL HAZARDOUS. WIND CHILL VALUES WILL
