...WINTER STORM AFFECTING PARTS OF WESTERN AND CENTRAL NEBRASKA
TONIGHT TO TOMORROW...

.A winter storm moving out of the Central Rockies tonight and into
the Mississippi Valley by later Saturday will bring the potential
for 2 to 6 inches along a swath from southwest Nebraska into the
Nebraska Sandhills. The time period for the heaviest snow
accumulations is Saturday morning into early afternoon with
snowfall rates of an inch per hour or more possible. Patchy
blowing snow is also possible Saturday afternoon.

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches
  are expected with localized higher amounts possible. A light
  glaze of ice is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of panhandle and southwest Nebraska.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM CST /8 PM MST/ Saturday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Be
  prepared for reduced visibilities at times.

  MST/ Saturday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Be
  prepared for reduced visibilities at times.
