* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations of up
  to 1 inch and ice accumulations of one tenth to two tenths of
  an inch are expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Nebraska and
  southwest and west central Iowa.

* WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The snow and ice may result in difficult
  travel conditions, including during the morning and evening
  commutes. Be prepared for reduced visibilities at times.
