MUCH OF THE AREA LATER TONIGHT THROUGH EARLY TUESDAY...

.A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE FROM NORTHEAST MONTANA TONIGHT TO
EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA AND EASTERN NEBRASKA BY LATE MONDAY. THIS
SYSTEM WILL STRENGTHEN AS IT MOVES ACROSS THE DAKOTAS. AREAS OF
RAIN WILL CHANGE OVER TO SNOW TONIGHT AS A COLD FRONT CROSSES THE
AREA. GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT AND
MONDAY...PRODUCING BLOWING SNOW ON THE PLAINS AND ENHANCING
UPSLOPE SNOWFALL OVER THE NORTHERN BLACK HILLS. OCCASIONAL
SNOWFALL WILL THEN CONTINUE ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA THROUGH MONDAY
NIGHT...FINALLY TAPERING OFF TUESDAY MORNING AS DRIER AIR MOVES
