The National Weather Service in Fairbanks has issued a Winter
Storm Watch which is in effect from Thursday afternoon through
Friday afternoon.

* SNOW...with 8 to 13 inches accumulation possible.

* TIMING...Snow and blowing snow is expected to develop Thursday
afternoon and continue through Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel and outdoor activities will be difficult.
