...Light snow and possibly some freezing drizzle will be occuring
near and north of Interstate 78 into this evening...

There will be small accumulations of snow and possibly a slight
glaze this evening in northwest New Jersey and northeast Pennsylvania.
So far, most pavements in the lower elevations are above freezing
but soon after sunset, the probable patches of slippery spots on
the terrain above 1000 feet will also develop on the lower
elevations.

A little over half an inch of snow has been reported in the high
terrain of northwest New Jersey.

Travel with caution this evening, especially high terrain of the
Poconos and far northwest New Jersey.
