Fog has developed across the region this morning. Although
widespread visibilities are as low as 1 to 3 miles, there is some
locally dense fog with visibilities 1/2 mile or less.

Slow down, use your headlights, but not your high beams, and
leave enough space between you and the vehicle in front of you in
case you have to stop suddenly.
