A MORE FAVORABLE MONSOON PATTERN IS DEVELOPING OVER THE REGION THIS
MORNING. ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORM ARE FORECAST TO DEVELOP
THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. WHERE THUNDERSTORMS FORM...STRONG GUSTY
OUTFLOW WINDS COULD GENERATE AREAS OF DENSE BLOWING DUST...CREATING
DRIVING AND HEALTH HAZARDS. SOME STORMS COULD PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN AND
LOCALIZED FLOODING OF ROADWAYS AND PONDING OF WATER IN LOW LYING
AREAS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORM ARE FORECAST TO DEVELOP EACH DAY.
WHERE THUNDERSTORMS FORM...STRONG GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS COULD GENERATE
AREAS OF BLOWING DUST CREATING DRIVING AND HEALTH HAZARDS. SOME
