BREEZY TO WINDY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING
WITH SUSTAINED WINDS BETWEEN 15 AND 25 MPH...AND PEAK GUSTS TO NEAR 35
MPH. THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BE WEST OF THE GREATER
PHOENIX METROPOLITAN AREA...OVER PORTIONS OF YUMA AND LA PAZ COUNTY
INCLUDING THE LOWER COLORADO RIVER VALLEY. DUE TO HIGH FIRE DANGER
AND LOW MINIMUM HUMIDITIES...A RED FLAG WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED WHICH
