ARIZONA...EXTREME WEST-CENTRAL ARIZONA...SOUTH-CENTRAL
ARIZONA...SOUTHWEST ARIZONA...EXTREME SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA AND
SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

WINDS WILL INCREASE ACROSS THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON AND THERE COULD BE
PATCHY BLOWING DUST IN THE NORMALLY DUST PRONE AREAS. THE STRONGEST
WINDS WILL BE ACROSS SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA AND FAR SOUTHWEST ARIZONA.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

RAIN WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE AREA SUNDAY INTO MONDAY. WHILE THE
HIGHEST RAINFALL TOTALS WILL LIKELY OCCUR IN THE HIGHER ELEVATION
LOCATIONS...THE POTENTIAL EXISTS FOR LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE LOWER
DESERTS SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON WHICH COULD RESULT IN
RUNNING WASHES AND MINOR FLOODING.
