   FLASH FLOOD WATCH.

THE REMAINS OF TROPICAL CYCLONE ODILE WILL BE MOVING INTO...AND
ACROSS SOUTHEAST ARIZONA THROUGH THURSDAY. THERE IS A HIGH LIKELIHOOD
OF HEAVY RAIN...AND FLOODING ACROSS SOUTHEAST AND EAST-CENTRAL
ARIZONA...WITH LESSER AMOUNTS OF RAIN AND LOCALIZED FLOODING POSSIBLE
ACROSS PARTS OF SOUTH-CENTRAL AS THE REMAINS OF ODILE MOVE ACROSS
THE REGION.

THE THREAT OF HEAVY RAIN WILL BEGIN TO TAPER OFF THURSDAY MORNING
ACROSS SOUTH-CENTRAL ARIZONA AND THURSDAY AFTERNOON ACROSS EAST-
CENTRAL ARIZONA AS THE REMNANTS OF ODILE MOVE INTO NM...AND SOMEWHAT
DRIER AIR BEGINS TO MOVE INTO THE AREA.

A DEEP TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE INTO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA LATE
FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY ALLOWING FOR A THREAT OF THUNDERSTORMS AND STRONG
GUSTY WINDS ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTH-CENTRAL ARIZONA DURING THE DAY
SATURDAY.
