CENTRAL ARIZONA...SOUTHWEST ARIZONA AND WEST-CENTRAL ARIZONA.

SCATTERED MOSTLY LIGHT SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS MAINLY SOUTH
CENTRAL ARIZONA TODAY. HOWEVER...THERE IS A CONTINUED SLIGHT CHANCE
FOR AFTERNOON AND EVENING THUNDERSTORMS...AND SHOULD A STORM
DEVELOP...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE. BRIEF HEAVY RAIN COULD
LEAD TO PONDING OF WATER ON AREA ROADS...CREATE HAZARDOUS DRIVING
CONDITIONS AND LEAD TO FLOWING WASHES. GUSTY AND VARIABLE WINDS IN
EXCESS OF 30 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THUNDERSTORMS. FINALLY...AN
ISOLATED DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING STRIKE COULD OCCUR
SHOULD A THUNDERSTORM FORM.
