ridge of high pressure builds over the region. Temperatures will hover a few
degrees cooler than average Tuesday, but climb closer to normal by Wednesday.
Northwesterly winds Tuesday will shift to the south Wednesday with at least
occasional afternoon gusts possible Wednesday afternoon and evening.
