* WHAT...Snow expected above 6500 feet. Total snow accumulations
  of 1 to 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 70 mph.

* WHERE...Northern Elko County, Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt
  Range and White Pine County.

* WHEN...From 11 PM Saturday to noon PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow
  could significantly reduce visibility. Very strong winds could
  cause extensive tree damage.
