.Discussion...

Today will be windy, dry and warm ahead of an approaching upper
level disturbance. Near critical fire weather conditions will
be possible over portions of the Plains this afternoon.

The upper level disturbance and its assoicated cold front will
move through the district Tonight and Saturday. This will bring
breezy and cooler weather to the district on Saturday with
temperatures falling back to near average. Isolated to scattered
showers will be possible over northern portions of the district
with any accumulating snow confined to the higher terrain of the
central mountains.

Sunday and Monday, dry and warmer weather will return with
temperatures climbing back above average.  Tuesday, another dry
cold front could move through the district returning temperatures
to near average.  Wednesday looks warmer again with another front
possible on Thursday.

Afternoon ventilation rates will generally be excellent Today,
and good to very good on Saturday.
