THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL...EAST
CENTRAL...SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST COLORADO.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

AFTERNOON AND EVENING THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE LIMITED IN COVERAGE
TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY...MAINLY OCCURRING OVER THE CENTRAL MOUNTAINS
AND PIKES PEAK REGION. THE MAIN THREATS FROM THESE STORMS WILL BE
LIGHTNING.

A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL BRING A BETTER CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS
TO THE AREA THURSDAY. A FEW STORMS OVER THE PLAINS THURSDAY AFTERNOON
COULD BE SEVERE...PRODUCING 1 INCH DIAMETER HAIL...60 MPH WINDS
AND LIGHTNING. ISOLATED STORMS COULD PERSIST THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING
BEFORE MOVING EAST OF THE REGION.

WARMER AND DRIER WEATHER WILL RETURN FOR THE WEEKEND WITH JUST SOME
SPOTTY THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY AROUND THE REGION. THE PRIMARY THREAT
FROM ANY WEEKEND STORMS WILL BE LIGHTNING.

SNOW LEVELS WILL FALL TO AROUND 10000 FEET OVER MOST AREAS THURSDAY
AND FRIDAY. SOME LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE ABOVE
THE SNOW LEVEL DURING THIS TIME...INCLUDING MANY AREA PEAKS AND
PASSES.
