THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL...EAST
CENTRAL...SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST COLORADO.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

LIGHT SNOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE CONTINENTAL DIVIDE BY
LATE THIS AFTERNOON, WITH THE SNOW MOVING EAST TOWARDS THE SOUTHERN
MOUNTAINS DURING THE NIGHT. ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BE LIGHT,
GENERALLY LESS THAN AN INCH OR TWO.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

A STORM SYSTEM WILL BRING SNOW TO THE CONTINENTAL DIVIDE ON
FRIDAY, SPREADING EAST INTO THE EASTERN MOUNTAINS, AND THE
SOUTHERN HALF OF THE EASTERN PLAINS. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 4
INCHES ARE EXPECTED OVER THE MOUNTAINS THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING. UP
TO AN INCH OF SNOW MAY BE POSSIBLE OVER THE PALMER DIVIDE AND
RATON MESA REGIONS.

ANOTHER UPPER STORM SYSTEM IS FORECAST MONDAY INTO TUESDAY.
MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER ALONG THE CONTINENTAL
DIVIDE, ESPECIALLY FOR THE SAN JUAN RANGE. SIGNIFICANT
ACCUMULATIONS MAY BE POSSIBLE ALONG THE CONTINENTAL DIVIDE. MUCH
COLDER AIR WILL ALLOW FOR SNOW TO BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE PLAINS ON
TUESDAY.  MINOR ACCUMULATIONS ARE POSSIBLE.

WEATHER CONDITIONS THAT MEET REPORTING CRITERIA FOR SPOTTERS WILL BE
POSSIBLE LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT FOR THE MOUNTAINS.
