THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL...EAST
CENTRAL...SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST COLORADO.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THERE COULD BE A FEW THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY THIS
EVENING OVER THE EASTERN MOUNTAINS AND PORTIONS OF THE SOUTHEAST
PLAINS.  THE MAIN THREAT FROM ANY STORMS THAT MAY DEVELOP WILL BE
WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

A SPRING STORM SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO THE CENTRAL
MOUNTAINS LATE SATURDAY...BRINGING SOME SNOW TO THE HIGHER
ELEVATIONS. A COLD FRONT IS THEN PROJECTED TO MOVE ACROSS
SOUTHEASTERN COLORADO ON SUNDAY. MODERATE TO SIGNIFICANT SNOW
ACCUMULATIONS COULD OCCUR OVER THE EASTERN MOUNTAINS ON
SUNDAY...ESPECIALLY OVER HIGHER TERRAIN LOCATIONS. GENERALLY
LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE INTERSTATE 25
CORRIDOR AND EASTERN PLAINS FROM SUNDAY INTO SUNDAY NIGHT BEFORE
THE SYSTEM MOVES EAST OF COLORADO.

ANOTHER STORM SYSTEM WILL BE CAPABLE OF GENERATING GENERALLY
HIGHER ELEVATION ACCUMULATING SNOW BEGINNING BY LATER TUESDAY
AND CONTINUING INTO AT LEAST NEXT WEDNESDAY. ALSO...ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF GENERATING WIND GUSTS TO AROUND 50
MPH AT TIMES...HAZARDOUS LIGHTNING...BRIEF PERIODS OF LOCALLY
HEAVY RAINFALL AND SMALL HAIL WILL BE POSSIBLE SATURDAY...
SUNDAY...TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

FINALLY...LOCALIZED ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER THREATS WILL ALSO
BE POSSIBLE OVER PRIMARILY SOUTHERN AND EASTERN PORTIONS OF
SOUTH-CENTRAL COLORADO BOTH FRIDAY AND SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND
EVENING.
