Change in service conditions at FHAC2, Fountain Creek at Fountain.

Construction in the stream channel of Fountain Creek at the Fountain
gage and forecast point has been completed.  Due to this
construction, the flood stage and flood categories for the site have
changed. The new flood stage and flood categories are 4 feet higher
than their previous counterparts.

Effective immediately flood stage at FHAC2 is 12 feet; action stage
is 11 feet; moderate flood stage is 14 feet; and major flood stage
is 16 feet.

We regret that we are unable to provide our customary 30-day notice
of change for this action. Please contact WFO-Pueblo with any
questions or comments.
