THUNDERSTORMS OVER WOODLAND PARK...OR 15 MILES NORTHWEST OF COLORADO
SPRINGS...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH. THIS ACTIVITY WILL MOVE OVER
THE WALDO BURN SCAR AFTER 730 PM. THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE THAT THIS
ACTIVITY WILL INTENSIFY AS IT INTERACTS WITH AN OUTFLOW BOUNDARY
MOVING WEST COMING FROM THE PLAINS. PEOPLE IN AND AROUND THE WALDO
BURN SCAR SHOULD BE ON ALERT FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF HEAVY RAIN
DEVELOPING OVER THE WALDO BURN SCAR AFTER 730 PM.
