AT 619 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN
AREA OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS NEAR COTOPAXI...OR 54 MILES SOUTHWEST
OF COLORADO SPRINGS...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH. THESE STORMS WILL
IMPACT THE HIGHWAY 50 CORRIDOR BETWEEN COTOPAXI AND TEXAS CREEK
BETWEEN 630 PM AND 7 PM MDT.

PEA SIZE HAIL WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORM.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
TEXAS CREEK...COTOPAXI AND COALDALE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM...AND MAY LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED
