WARNING FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO
MIDNIGHT MDT FRIDAY NIGHT.

* LOCATIONS...SOUTHERN EL PASO COUNTY INCLUDING COLORADO SPRINGS.

* CAUSE AND TIMING...A STRONG SPRING STORM WILL BRING ROUNDS OF
  HEAVY...WET SNOW TO THE AREA TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...4 TO 8 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS
  POSSIBLE.

* IMPACT...HEAVY...WET SNOW WILL CAUSE PERIODS OF HAZARDOUS
  TRAVEL. POWER DISRUPTIONS AND TREE DAMAGE WILL BE POSSIBLE.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...1 TO 2 FEET OF SNOW ACROSS THE HIGHER
  ELEVATIONS...WITH 6 TO 12 INCHES FOR THE LEADVILLE AREA.
