* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following areas, Clark
  IN, Crawford, Floyd, Jefferson IN, Perry, Scott IN and Washington
  IN and north central Kentucky, including the following areas,
  Henry, Oldham and Trimble.

* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
