.DISCUSSION...
Stalled frontal boundary offshore will lift back north today,
ushering in broad warm southwesterly winds across the region
this afternoon. Winds will increase in the afternoon and remain
elevated through the overnight hours. Forecast min RH is around 50%,
but reasonable worst case scenario is near 40%. A few
spotty showers are possible overnight, although chances are low
(20-25%).
