Overnight, showers and thunderstorms moved across portions of
western, north central and southwest Nebraska, including the
Sandhills. A few locations even saw a rain snow mix with some
light snow accumulations around a dusting. Winds were breezy out
of the north around 15 to 20 mph with stronger winds across
southwest Nebraska around 20 to 30 mph.


Today, temperatures will be cooler with highs in the upper 40s to
lower 50s. Winds will be out of the northwest around 10 to 20 mph.
It should remain mostly dry during the day with the potential for
showers and maybe some light snow across western Nebraska after
midnight.
