.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS WILL MOVE ACROSS CENTRAL NC THIS
EVENING AND TONIGHT. BANDS OF HEAVIER SHOWERS ARE
EXPECTED...ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE NORTHERN PIEDMONT AND NORTHERN
COASTAL PLAIN. THE HEAVY RAIN MAY LEAD TO AREAS OF STREET FLOODING
AND RAPID RISES ON CREEKS AND STREAMS. A THUNDERSTORM IS POSSIBLE
THROUGH THE EARLY EVENING HOURS...ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE SOUTHERN
PIEDMONT... SANDHILLS AND SOUTHERN COASTAL PLAIN. A FEW STORMS MAY
PRODUCE VERY HEAVY RAIN AND SMALL HAIL.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.
