This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central North Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop over the
western Piedmont during the late morning or early afternoon. This
activity is expected to develop into a line of showers and scattered
thunderstorms as it moves east across the eastern Piedmont into the
Coastal Plain this afternoon. A few of the storms may become severe
with wind gusts to near 60 mph, along with hail to the size of
quarters. The threat of any severe weather will end quickly as the
line moves east by sunset.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
