AFTERNOON AS AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE AND ATTENDANT LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM TRACK ACROSS CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA INTO EASTERN
NORTH CAROLINA. A FEW STORMS COULD BECOME SEVERE BETWEEN NOON AND
4 PM...WITH A PRIMARY THREAT OF DAMAGING WINDS AND HAIL UP TO THE
SIZE OF QUARTERS.
