THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED
TODAY. SOME OF THESE SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL BE SLOW MOVING AND
PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY DOWNPOURS... WHICH COULD RESULT IN MINOR
FLOODING IN URBAN AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR SEVERE WEATHER THURSDAY AND THURSDAY
NIGHT AS AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH AND A SURFACE COLD FRONT MOVE THROUGH
THE REGION. THE MAIN THREATS WILL BE DAMAGING WINDS...HAIL...AND
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL.
