   Winter Storm Warning.

Treacherous driving conditions will likely linger well into Thursday
as temperatures are not forecast to warm to or above freezing until
late morning or early afternoon. Melting that occurs Thursday
afternoon will likely refreeze Thursday night as temperatures will
drop back into the 20s. Thus, spots of black ice can be expected
Friday morning.

Spotters are encouraged to report snow amounts from their location to
the National Weather Service.
