The strongest winds and critically low relative humidity values today will favor the central mountain chain and northeast highlands westward. Then, relative humidity will plummet over eastern areas as well on Monday. Strong winds on Monday will develop first over eastern areas, then linger longest over eastern areas in the evening as well.
