Upper level low pressure over the Northern Plains will continue to
bring scattered showers and thunderstorms to the region into the
evening hours. Otherwise, this low will finally move out of the
region Thursday, with less chances for showers. Warmer air will then
begin moving into the region for the end of the week and weekend,
along with drier conditions.

After lows in the 40s, highs Thursday will mainly be in the upper
60s.
