.SYNOPSIS FOR THE WESTERN GULF OF ALASKA...

A front moves east across the Gulf through Fri morning. A 998 mb
low forms along the front at 60N 148W Fri morning, then weakens
as it lingers near Prince William Sound through Sat morning. It
moves to 58N 147W at 1008 mb for Sat afternoon.
