...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM SATURDAY TO NOON
AKDT SUNDAY FOR THOMPSON PASS...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations
  of 12 to 18 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. Visibility
  reduced to one half mile or less at times.

* WHERE...Thompson Pass.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Saturday to noon AKDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on difficult travel conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heavy snow combined with strong winds will
  produce difficult travel conditions. Snow and blowing snow will
  reduce visibility to one half mile or less at times. Snow and
  wind will increase Saturday afternoon and continue into Sunday
  morning with the worst conditions expected Saturday night.
