...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT HAMILTON...WESTERN FULTON AND
EAST CENTRAL HERKIMER COUNTIES THROUGH 1045 AM EDT...

At 1009 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles west of Moffitt Beach Campground to
near Stratford. Movement was north at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Indian Lake, Speculator, Lake Pleasant, Stratford, Blue Mountain
Lake, Brown Tract Pond Campground, Lake Durant Campground, Eighth
Lake Campground, Lewey Lake Campground, Forked Lake Public
Campground, Raquette Lake, Golden Beach Campground, Moffitt Beach
Campground, Oppenheim, Oregon, Eagle Nest, Perkins Clearing,
Clockmill Corners, Quaker Beach, and Lotville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
